Whether you are just beginning your yoga practice or looking to deepen your practice, thess classes focus on the basic principles of yoga. By focusing on the basic mechanics of the various asana and coupling that with conscious breathing, you will build a strong foundation to help you further your yoga practice. Beginners to All Levels
Yoga for Relaxation and Stress Relief- Gentle Flow
For beginning your practice, healing an injury, wanting to deepen your practice, and those who have been away for awhile. Gentle movement, breathing techniques, and relaxation to help disconnect from the stressors of life. Relaxing, regenerative, meditative, and supportive held poses leave you feeling nourished and well rested. All levels welcome.
Strong to the Core
To build strength, conditioning and flexibility, body weight, resistance bands and light weights with Pilates & Yoga Movement.
Detox Flow
Focuses on the breath, energy cultivation, strength, hip opening and twists. Be prepared to sweat, assure hydration, it is recommended that you do not eat within 2 hrs of the class. Not for those new to yoga or exercise
Restorative Yoga
Focuses on the breath, relax as your body is supported by bolsters, blankets and blocks. Let go and just be. For Everyone
Work Out – Yoga Stretch
Get some “old Style” aerobics going, interval body weight, resistance bands and weights for interval training all while moving to club music. Guaranteed to get your moves, grooves, smiles and sweat on. The last third to half of the class will be yoga breath, stretch and relaxation to let all the good stuff sink in
Wear workout shoes, bring your own equipment or use ours. We use NT Loops exclusively for our resistance bands. Bring your mat and a towel. Please arrive on time so class can begin on time.
