Jamie Wojciechowski has been a life-long student of yoga and yoga philosophy completing her 200 hr yoga teacher training with JivaPatha School of Conscious Yoga after moving to Florida in 1997 from New York City. She practices bhakti yoga and has attended kirtan (chanting) festivals in India and the U.S . When not involved with yoga, Jamie loves to read, putter in the garden, play the ukulele and cook.
Cindy
Yoga Teacher
Cindy has been practicing yoga for over 30 years, initially drawn as a way to manage neck and back tension from long days of sitting at a desk. She soon discovered the peace of mind and inner calm that came with the practice. She was first certified to teach yoga by Faith Bevan, Flow Yoga, in 2008, and has continued expanding her knowledge through workshops and certified trainings, including her 200 hour Yoga Teacher certification. As a teacher, Cindy focuses on alignment, breath awareness, and mindfulness to share yoga’s healing journey with our students.

Sacha
Yoga Teacher
Sacha Fenimore has more than twenty years of experience teaching in public education and over a decade of teaching yoga to people of all ages. Receiving first her Kidding Around Yoga certification in 2009, she began to incorporate the practice, philosophy, and lessons of yoga into her 5th grade classroom, which led her to author KAY-C (Kidding Around Yoga in the Classroom), an online course designed to teach educators the benefits and methods of using yoga in any classroom setting. In 2011 she graduated from the Jiva Patha School of Conscious Yoga as a 200 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher. Since then, Sacha has taught hundreds of classes to thousands of yogis ages 5-85. Her style is eclectic and includes strength-gaining postures, vinyasa flows to improve range of motion, static movements to increate flexibility, focused breath work, meditation and mindfulness, and little drops of philosophy to take off the mat and into your daily life. Sacha has been teaching at Flow since 2011 and is known for differentiating and designing her class with options for every yogi from the first-timer to the experienced so that everybody will have a safe, worthwhile, and fun experience and as usual, share a couple laughs.
