Classes are small and designed to invite students of all levels to work and develop their own potential. Personal attention is given in all yoga and pilates classes, providing modifications and enhancements as needed. It is your journey, always work at your own pace. Faith Bevan

Faith Bevan, MS, E-RYT has been an ACE certified group fitness instructor since 1993 and has recently been named an ACE Faculty member/continuing education provider. She holds a BS in Sports Medicine and Medical Science, and an MS in Medical Science. Faith is also a Board certified Physicians Assistant in emergency medicine. Is an AFPA certified as Personal Trainer and Post Rehabilitation Exercise Specialist. Faith is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher by the Yoga Alliance . She is a Shapes Total Fitness Academy faculty member teaching their Fundamentals of Fitness Yoga Certification Program, JRT’s and workshops, ACE and AFFA continuing education program. Faith is presently in training as a Certified Yoga Therapist through Professional Yoga Therapy Studies for Health Care Professionals and is a member of the International Association of Yoga Therapists.

I would like to thank my son Nick Tumminello, owner of "Fitnology" in Timonium, Maryland, designer of the "Core Bar" and my husband John Cavaliere, DC who nurtured the dream and worked so hard to make it come true. Thanks Guys!

John Cavaliere

John's PictureJohn has a sports background in competitive bicycling, motorcycle racing and running back when living in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and South Carolina. "After my first yoga class I was hooked- it made such good sense. Yoga is a great adjunct for so many different sports. Every sport benefits from better breathing, increased muscle adaptability, flexibility, focus and balance."

Although John's focus at Flow is the physical benefit of yoga, he embraces the personal growth and interconnectedness yoga brings. He also enjoys bringing laughter to the class. When not instructing, John works as an aerospace engineer. John is presently pursuing his Yoga Alliance teacher registration through YogaFit training, and has completed his PilatesFit and Pre-Post Natal Yoga training. He is also a Florida licenced chiropractor.

Ann Castro, RYT


Please Welcome Ann, Our Newest Instructor

Ann hails from Ann Arbor, Michigan, has been in  Florida since 1990, is the mother of  two grown children, Joey 22, and Dominique 19 and started practicing yoga in 1997 as a way to deal with the stress of a demanding job and two young children.  Three years ago, she began her training as a yoga teacher and is a Yoga Alliance RYT 200 . Ann has a daily yoga practice as well as teaching; she finds being a yoga instructor a joyful existence.  In addition to her classes, she is available for special training and will be presenting some yoga workshops in the near future at the Flow.

Sandi Seegert

Sandi's Picture

Sandi Seegert is a Master Trainer, Lifestyle Coach, Pilates Matwork Instructor (Joseph Pilates Technique “Contrology”), and Chek Institute for Holistic Lifestyle Practitioner. Sandi comes to Flow with over 25 years of experience in the fitness industry. With this experience she is able to help all levels, from the beginner to advanced, enjoy the benefits of Pilates and over all fitness. She has dedicated her life and career to creating a deeper sense of well-being. She believes the only way that we can be completely healthy is if we go beyond simply exercising our bodies to properly nourishing them as well. Sandi teaches the Matwork classes and is also available for one on one instruction.

All of our instructors are certified in their field, RYT or are actively pursuing their RYT through a recognized 200 or 500 hour program.
